Discover the Brilliant Mind Behind “Genesis Seed”: M.A. Stewart

About M.A. Stewart

A Master Storyteller

Montgomery Afton Stewart studied arts and music at the University of Southern California’s Graduate School and pursued a career in music as a teacher, educator, and performer. He performed worldwide concerts as a flutist and conductor. He lives in Redondo, WA, overlooking Puget Sound, where he enjoys Washington’s beautiful outdoor life.

Along his path he became a regular columnist for the Pacifica Tribune, a contributor to the San Jose Mercury News and the Seattle Times, and an interim sportswriter for the Tribune.

He has always been a fan of Dave Barry and his brand of humor, so Stewart’s self-deprecating style is a natural fit. He has written an autobiography titled Jack of All Trades and many short stories, including Short Stories on the Fly, which includes an adult children’s story.

Stewart has written Genesis Seed, Genesis Seed—The Dream Unraveled, Genesis Seed—Childhood Ends, as the 3rd in the series and a loving tribute to Sir Arthur C. Clarke and his classic space opera from 1953, Childhood’s End. The Prophecy is the fourth book in the Genesis Series.

Stewart’s science fiction style eschews traditional wars and cowboy-style shoot-em-ups, presenting a book of hope and enlightenment. A new novel is A Life Relived, a story about a man given a second chance at his life. He has also completed the nonfiction books Late Night Thoughts on Why? and The Particle Death of Journalism.
